"ISIS is realising Iran's objectives in Iraq," prominent Iraqi leader warns

EIFA – Brussels - The U.A.E. based News channel Al-Arabiya Al Hadath has quoted Sheikh Ali Hatem al-Suleiman, head of the Dulaim tribe and leader of the Anbar Tribes Revolutionary Council, saying that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL) is helping Iran's agenda in Iraq.

"ISIS is materialising Iran's agenda in Iraq. ISIS tries to save (Iraqi Prime Minister) Maliki just as they tried to save Assad in Syria,” al-Suleiman stressed. “If Maliki remains in power, it will only add fuel to the fire of the war in Iraq. There are those who try to mix ISIS with the revolutionaries but we will not allow any party to steal our revolution or to divert its path."

He added "Once we get rid of Maliki, we will have the ability to fight ISIS but they want to make us to choose between Maliki or ISIS".

He also endorsed the Iraqi Kurish authorities and stressed that "the position of the Kurdistan province about our faith has always been with dignity."
